How can I make a reservation?

To check the availability of the House, you will have to access the «Booking» section of the main menu. There you will be able to view a calendar with the availability of our House, the days marked in red will be busy.

Our booking engine will provide you with availability and the price of the stay on the selected dates if available (remember that there are currently automatic discounts of up to 30% for stays of more than one night), then you will see the two types of rates that we have, the refundable rate and the non-refundable rate.

Once you choose the rate, click on book, fill in your information, and select the payment method that best suits you. And that’s it, your reservation has been made correctly, you will receive an email confirming it.

If after a few minutes you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, check spam.

What is the amount of the deposit?

The amount of the deposit is €100, which must be paid before your arrival at the house. It will be returned once you leave the Rural House and we verify that there is no damage, we are sure that you will take care of our house so that it is so… The maximum time to process the refund of the amount of the deposit will be 5 days after the checkout.

How do I check-in?

Check-in is online, that is, the day before your arrival, we will send you a link where you will have to provide us with the details of the guests, photo of the ID and the relevant information necessary for your stay.

Once provided, we will confirm that all the information is correct and if we have any questions we will contact you to clarify it.

How do we get into the house?

We have always believed that a guest when accessing a Rural House wants privacy and tranquility, that is why in Casa Rural El Edén the access to the house is digital, that is, when you check in online you will be provided with an access code to the house . This code will be valid from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure of your stay.

You can use this code as many times as you need during your stay and it is as safe as a physical key, so you can be totally calm during your stay.

If you have any questions, you can always contact reception and we will be happy to help you.

I have not received the email with the confirmation of the reservation

Sometimes, the email manager can misinterpret the reservation confirmation email as advertising, so it will send it to spam. For this reason, we recommend that if after a few minutes you do not see the reservation confirmation email in your bande check your spam folder or contact us at casaruraleleden@gmail.com.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay at Casa Rural El Eden is:

  • There is no minimum stay, although the rate may be lower if you book more than one night
  • On holidays and bridges consult

Is it recommended to book in advance?

Yes, due to high demand, especially on weekends, it is recommended to book at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability in the house.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

If, at the time of making the reservation with us, there are two reservation options, one is to take a refundable rate, a rate which would be paid 50% of the amount of the stay at the time of making the reservation and 50% remaining, would be paid the day before arrival electronically. Rate which, you can cancel or modify the date of the reservation up to 14 days before the entrance, returning the full amount paid.

If you choose a NON-refundable rate, you benefit from a cheaper price, but in exchange, the reservation cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances, also having to pay 100% of the stay at the time of making the reservation.

What is the check-in and check-out time at the house?

El check-in es desde las 15:00h, y el check out hasta las 11:00h. Hay que contar con que salen a las 11h los huéspedes de la noche anterior hospedados en la misma casa, y necesitamos un margen de tiempo para limpiar, preparar y sobre todo desinfectar la casa.

Can you reach the accommodation by car?

You can access a few meters from the house, it would be possible to get to the house but being a very old neighborhood the streets are very narrow and we recommend that you park in the areas that we indicate in your Check-in or in the following links.

It is very important that you let yourself be guided by the indications that you will find in the town or through the links that we have indicated above.

Do you have a 24 hour reception?

Not at the moment, but our reception and attention to the public is available from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., from Monday to Sunday, however, you have the reception WhatsApp 644 218 362 or you can contact 112 in case of emergencies.

Is there cell phone coverage?

Being an area where granite stone abounds, there is interference in the coverage of the mobile phone and 4G network, for this reason we have installed a specific antenna so that the coverage is greater. However, there are occasions when it can be diminished.

Is there WiFi coverage?

You have fiber optic WiFi throughout the house, even on the upper floor you have a signal amplifier, for this reason we recommend that in order not to be disconnected at any time, you scan the qr codes that you will find at reception and you will automatically connect to the one you better signal receive your smartphone. Please, do not tamper with the router or the signal booster as it will be deconfigured and we will not be able to fix it until you leave the house.

Is the pool private?

Yes, the pool is exclusively for guests of Casa Rural El Edén.

When can you enjoy the pool?

The pool will be open, except for exceptions that will always be indicated on our website and to guests in advance, from May 15 to September 30 of each year.

Does the bath in the pool have any hours?

No, you can bathe as much as you want and at any time you want, the only thing we ask is that during siesta hours (from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and at night (from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) you maintain as much silence as possible to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the neighbors, you can enjoy the pool with the wonderful views of the castle and relax, but respecting the quiet hours.

Is there a barbecue?

You have a portable barbecue in the garden. It is very important that you take into account that its cleaning and good use is the responsibility of the guest, so you can use it and enjoy it to the fullest, but you must leave it clean. If this is not the case, a cleaning cost of €50 will be charged.

Are animals accepted?

Yes, up to 2 pets whose weight does not exceed 5kg are allowed, keep in mind that any damage that the animal may cause will be the responsibility of the tutor and that the cost will be borne by him/her.

It is forbidden for animals to use the sofa or beds to lie down or sleep.

How many people can we accommodate?

The Rural House is licensed for 4 guests, but it depends on the number of guests you have chosen in your reservation. Keep in mind that depending on the number of guests you have selected in your reservation, the house will be prepared for them.

What are the experience packs?

The experience packs are exclusive services for our guests, from preparing our rural house El Edén to surprise your partner, how to prepare a gourmet tasting or a relaxing afternoon session with a relaxing massage.

These packs can be checked for availability from the «Experience Packs» section and must be contracted at least 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Once contracted, it cannot be canceled and in case of being canceled it will not be refunded. If the reservation fee made is refundable, the experience pack will not be refunded.

How can I use a discount coupon?

If you have a discount coupon or exclusive promotion, you must add it in the payment or reservation process, add it in the «Discount Coupon» box, always in capital letters and the discount will be applied automatically.
